Site: Harrison County Senior Center, 500 W Main St, Clarksburg, WV 26301
Date: September 20-22, 2019 (2-day option Sept 21-22)
Format: 5 Round Swiss System
Time Control: 40/100, SD/30, d5 (2-day Rds. 1-2 G/60 d5)
Registration: 3-day Fri 5:30-6pm, 2-day Sat 9:30-10am
Rounds 1-2: 3-day Fri 7pm, Sat 11am; 2-day Sat 11am, 2pm
Rounds 3-5: Sat 5pm; Sun 10am, 3:15pm.
Entry Fee: $50 by 9/1, $60 at site. GM/IM/WGM free, $60 deducted from prize. Re-entry $60.
Prizes b/25: $400-200-100, U1900/1600/1300 $100-60, Upset Prize $50. Unrated may not win over $100. $500 prize fund guaranteed.
Other: WVCA membership required for in-state residents. Membership must be obtained before or at the start of the event. The State Championship title will not be awarded to anyone who did not obtain WVCA membership before or at the start of the event.
WVCA Annual Business meeting will be held at 10am Saturday.
