The 17th Annual Parkersburg Homecoming tournament was a huge success, with one of the largest turnouts to a WV open tournament in 10 years. With only 4 rounds, the possibility for multiple perfect scores existed, but none were to be had. Tom Magar and Dave Hines shared 1st-2nd with 3.5/4.
